In order to use enable Sonar Spatial Audio you need to follow the next 3 steps: If you do not currently have DTS installed, you will see a blue banner on the device card. Our headsets ( Arctis 5, Arctis 7, Arctis 9, Arctis Pro Wireless, Arctis Pro, and Arctis Pro + GameDAC ) support DTS. Navigate to Settings and set DTS Headphone to ‘OFF’. To disable DTS for your device, navigate into Engine and select your device’s device card. Therefore, we disabling DTS (or any other third-party Virtual Surround/Spatial audio feature) is a requirement to enjoy Sonar Spatial Audio. This means that if both are active the two effects will couple leading to wrong spatialization and altered sound. Sonar Spatial Audio and DTS work independently from each other. However, you can only use it on PC (Console are excluded for now). Sonar Spatial Audio can be used with any headset.
